• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until 77b77 has confirmed the acceptance and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the player should contact support to confirm whether the bet was accepted.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change until a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are fixed at the level displayed at the time of confirmation, except where it is subsequently established that the odds were published in error.

• Result Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. 77b77 will not be liable for incorrect settlement caused by erroneous data provided by third-party data suppliers, provided that settlement is corrected as soon as the error is identified.

Suspension by 77b77: 77b77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or for any other reason it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77b77 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution to the player via the registered email address, except where doing so would compromise the investigation.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 77b77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
